Anna coincidentally discovered her passion for teaching and holding space after completing her studies in communications and marketing. She realized there was a deeper purpose to her contribution. Holding space for others as they flow and grow is what truly inspires her. It's about witnessing people from diverse backgrounds explore their physical and mental boundaries — and encouraging them to expand those limits.
The idea for the flow & grow space started while Anna completed her yoga teacher training. The goal is to build a community centered around movement that is both energized and dynamic, yet also soft and gentle — a space for finding balance between body and mind. From events in special locations to 1:1 and group classes, Anna brings this philosophy into every session.

“In all of my classes and every session, I aim to create a space where things can flow and give you the opportunity to grow. You are unique, and every body has different starting points. The goal is for you to feel safe as you follow the sensations in your body, choosing the variations that fit your needs. Appreciating that this can vary from day to day.
In the end, it’s about showing up, not showing off.”
